A slick new design, along with a comprehensive resource for clients
Background
Airport Media, Inc. (AMI) provides large-format advertising on private airport
parking shuttle buses. This form of media reaches the highly coveted frequent
traveler in a unique and extremely effective manner. AMI’s recent campaigns
include American Express, AT&T, AFLAC Insurance, Chase Bank, and Frontier
Airlines.
Objectives
AMI wanted to redesign their site and present a professional, sophisticated, and
urbane visual identity. It was also necessary for the site to provide a
comprehensive and easy-to-use resource for advertising agency personnel, such
as marketing directors, product managers, account directors, media planners,
and media buyers. The main challenge involved in this project was to update the
presentation of data so that a great deal of information could be displayed in
a relevant and intuitive manner.
Solution
AMI’s redesigned Web site presents clean, direct imagery, and combines a
high-style contemporary flair with intuitive technical functionality, drawing
tremendous praise from its users. Verascend designed and built a Web site to
maximize usability through the capabilities of HTML, Cascading Style Sheets,
and JavaScript. This site has become a viable tool for the advertising
personnel audience and has allowed AMI to increase their presence in many major
airports across the country.
